If you upload a 1024x1024 version to http://www.lfsworld.net, then others will automatically download a down-sampled 512x512 version when they join a server that you're using the skin in. If they've paid up the $$, then they can get the 1024x1024 version you put up in the first place. If I give you the 1024x1024 versions of my skins, then when you join a server where I'm using them, you will see the hi-res version that you saved in your skins folder. The matching is done on the filename. As mine are team skins (I have them for myself, fireproofundies and Baked), some would consider it poor form for you to jump in a public server wearing them. Also, if you uploaded the 1024 version before the real owner, you would own that filename, annoying the real owner  Once my team mates have confirmed that they've uploaded their skin to LFS World, I'll happily upload a zip of the 1024 skins. |

And all I have to do is copy it to my skin folder and when I go online other people will automatically download it from LFSworld. Are there OzBee Racing skins that I can use when racing on the public servers to let people know about this group? |

I get how much work goes into making skins and how pissed off people would get seeing their skin on someone else's car. I'm just looking for something a bit different to the default colours. |

Your best bet, would be to go to the LFS Forums and look in the skinning section. There are plenty of public skins you can pick and choose from. |
